Why should I consider adding the Anytime or Basic Protection Plan to my account?

We know that life is full of surprises. That’s why whether it’s a family emergency, job transfer, the seasonal flu or anything else that might keep you from traveling, we make it easy to protect your tour payments. Our Anytime Protection Plan allows you to cancel for any reason at any time, and receive the maximum refund guaranteed. The Basic Protection Plan allows you to cancel your tour for any reason up to 45 days before departure, and also receive the maximum refund guaranteed.

What does ‘maximum refund’ mean?

Should you need to cancel your traveler’s trip, you will receive the maximum refund possible, which includes everything you’ve paid into the account minus the cost of the protection plan of your choosing, the $99 nonrefundable deposit, and any applicable fees accrued. Without a protection plan, our standard cancellation policy would apply.
